December, 1926.
To.Sir M. Delevingne
I enclose copies of a letter I have written to
Delevingne about our Hong Kong, Nemazee, which I think
speaks for itself. We should be glad to know whether fr.Gov.27.10.6 your Department has any observations to offer.
Oft. to Gov.
To Gov. 9.8.26 To.Gov.Secret
I find that we have to apologise for not sending to you before copies of our two despatches of
the 9th of August. The circumstances in which they
were written is sufficiently indicated in my enclosed
draft.

copy of Colonial Office despatch of 19th June, 1924 was
sent to you on that date under reference 23965/24, and
a copy of Colonial Office despatch of 31st October, 1924
was sent to you on 6th November 1924 under reference
49286/24. A copy of Stubbs' despatch of 7th August, 1924
was sent to you on 10th October, 1924 under reference
